This one-time session is perfect for you if you are looking to learn quick and effective ways to decrease stress and take good care of yourself.
Our 60 minute session will include open discussion and meditation and is designed to help us create self care strategies to fit you and your unique life. After our call you will receive an individualized plan of action steps to take to start taking better care of yourself each and every day!

Self-Care Support System
This package is designed for the woman who is used to putting everyone and everything in her life ahead of herself. If you feel like you have been putting yourself at the bottom of your priority list and neglecting your needs, this is a great place to start!
During our time together we will work on figuring out the cause of any stress or anxiety, making lifestyle changes, implementing daily self care practices, and learning stress relief tools designed to decrease stress and help you feel happy and peaceful. We will develop an individualized plan to help you start focusing on your own health, happiness, and wellbeing. You will feel more calm, fulfilled, and well taken care of by the end of our time together.
